Introduction: 

Paneer Butter Masala, jise Butter Paneer bhi kaha jata hai. ek creamy aur rich North Indian curry hai jo har kisi ki favourite hoti hai. Isme hota hai soft paneer cubes, creamy tomato-cashew gravy, butter ka rich flavour aur thode se aromatic masale. Naan,roti,paratha ya jeera rice ke saath iska swad aur bhi badh jata hai. Is recipe ko hum ghar par hi restaurant style Paneer Butter Masala banayenge, wo bhi simple ingredients ke saath.

Ingredients ( Samagri ):
For Gravy:

• 2 tbsp Butter
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 2 Medium Onion (chopped)
• 3 Medium Tomato (chopped)
• 10 -12 Cashew Nuts
• 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
• 2 Green Chilli (optional)
• 1 Red Chilli Powder
• 1 Coriander Powder
• ½ tbsp Turmeric Powder
• ½ tbsp Garam Masala 
• Salt - as per taste

For Final Dish:

200 g Paneer ( cut into cubes )
• 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
•1 tbsp Kasuri Methi (crushed) 
• Fresh Coriander Leaves - garnish ke liye 

Step-by-step Recipe
Step 1 - Gravy Banana:

Ek pan me oil aur butter garam karein. Onion, green chilli aur ginger-garlic paste daal ke halka golden hone tak bhunein. Ab tomatoes aur cashew nuts daal kar 5-7 minute cook karein. Sab mix hone ke baad thoda thanda karke smooth paste grind kar lein.

Step 2 - Masala Prepare Karna:

Pan me thoda butter daal kar grind paste wapas daal de. Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt daal kar 5 minute bhunein. Thoda paani daal kar gravy ko cook karein jab tak oil alag na ho jaye.

Step 3 - Paneer Aur Finishing:

Paneer cubes gravy me daal kar 2-3 minute cook karein. Garam masala, kasuri methi aur fresh cream daal kar mix karein. Garnish fresh coriander leaves se karein.

Tips For Best Taste:

Paneer ko soft banane ke liye use garam paani me 10 minute dip karein. 
Cashew ke badle almonds bhi use kar sakte hain.
Gravy ko jitna smooth grind karenge, utna hi restaurant-style texture aayega.

Serving Suggestion:

Paneer Butter Masala ko garam-garam serve karein naan, tandoori roti, paratha ya jeera rice ke saath.
